A Great American Balloon Company LLC. features mulitple balloon ports across America providing sunrise and sunset hot air balloon rides. Running one of the oldest balloon ports in America, Windy City BalloonPort and now servicing the Jacksonville and Orlando Areas Our FAA certified hot air balloons pilots apply their skill as they command their craft, contouring the landscape at various altitudes to afford you a flight that is "simply the best". In harmony with Mother Nature, you will float with the gentle breezes of this great land and enjoy all the landscapes like no other. Upon landing, our skilled crew will be with you to tend to post flight duties and to prepare for your post flight celebration.

Day of hot air balloon ride

We always expect to fly from our balloonports.

• Therefore, please arrive at your designated hot air ballooning meeting site at the appointed time
• If your hot air flight is cancelled due to weather, in Illinois or Wisconsin please call the weather hotline, for all other areas we will call you.
• Your telephone number the day of flight and your travel time to the balloonport is very important to us
• Your safety is our #1 priority
• Your ticket will be voided if you do not show up for your flight
• Wear casual clothes, as if you were going for a hike; no open-toed shoes
