SHOULDN’T TAKE A BALLOON FLIGHT IF----
A good rule of thumb is, can the passenger stand for at least an hour, listen to and follow directions from the pilot, and will they be ok with the heat and noise of the balloon burner.
My doctor says I shouldn’t
Anyone who is pregnant…. Or just a little pregnant
Has had a recent surgery
Back or knee problems
I need surgery
I need my nurse with me for the flight
Can’t get in the balloon (the balloon has a 4ft. tall sides with only one step to get in) or in or out of the van
Other medical issues that would prevent them from being safe in a balloon should not fly
I am afraid of the outdoors
I hate mosquitoes
I am afraid of heights
I can’t reschedule
Need to fly on special date, i.e. anniversary, wedding, birthday(can’t guarantee a flight will go up on that date due to weather)
Due to the limits on the aircraft lifting capacity, there are weight restrictions that apply, the maximum weight is 225 lbs. a person
If you have any questions about who can safely fly, give us a call.
