Welcome to Sunbird Balloons! We are the premier balloonport
in Lake Geneva!
Serving as a focal point
for our Southern Wisconsin neighbors as well as
tourists from throughout the United States, Sunbird has a legacy
of operations that spans two decades of service. Sunbird
ranks among the oldest and safest balloonports in the United States.
Unique to Lake Geneva balloon operations, Sunbird features
the only balloonport in Southern Wisconsin. Our balloonport is
a nicely appointed location that features facilities and
a private meeting room for our passengers to enjoy before
and after their flight of adventure.
Sunbird Balloons is the sole balloon company featured in
The Grand Geneva in-room magazine. Sunbird was featured
as the full front page article of the Sept. 21, 2003 edition of theWeek newspaper.

are 2 levels of tickets:
• The Restricted ticket allows passengers to fly Monday
through Thursday for Sunrise and Sunset, weather
permitting.
• The Unrestricted ticket allows passengers to fly 7 days
a week, for the Sunrise or Sunset flight, weather
permitting.

Sunrise – New Policy as of
18/10/2006
-You need to call the appropriate phone number listed
below at or after 7:30 pm on the day before your
scheduled flight. There will be a pre-recorded message
informing you if your flight is canceled or not.

Sunset
– Call the pre-recorded message after 2pm the day of your flight.
- Call to verify if you will be flying. You will receive
a pre-recorded message indicating the nature of the
weather and your flight status.

Please
remember, the weather may change by the time you arrive
at the balloonport.
- You must bring your flight tickets.
- Your ticket will be voided if you do not show up
for your flight.
- Wear casual clothes, as if you were going for a
hike; no open-toed shoes.
- Ballooning is an adventure! In the event your flight
is cancelled due to weather, please call our toll
free phone number, 877-933-6359, to reschedule your
flight.
- Our scheduling department appreciates your patience
as they work to make your dream of ballooning come
true.
