When
the Token Creek BalloonPort began operations 25 years ago, its location was almost mythical. North of Madison
and west of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, there was little about:
farm fields, cross roads, a local tavern. Blink and you
missed Token Creek.
Today, as part of that 24 year heritage of service, A Great
American Balloon Company, is proud to state that a few things
have stayed the same:
Token Creek Balloons remains among the oldest and safest
balloonports in the United States.
Token Creek Balloons remains
a good neighbor and enjoys maintaining its Token Creek location.
Token Creek Balloons logo (rainbow colors with the white
sail) remains on the north Madison water tower (west of
I-90/94 as you are traveling north of Madison).
We are also proud of a few improvements:
Token Creek Balloons flies a range of balloon types that
are among the newest in the industry (all of our flight
equipment is annually FAA certified)
Token Creek Balloons features its recently remodeled (with
facilities and nicely appointed interior comforts) balloonport
where we will meet and greet you as well as where we will
return post flight to celebrate your successful flight of
adventure.
Token Creek Balloons works with Sentry Foods Sun Prairie
to bring to you freshly prepared post flight light hors
doeuvres bakery goods and beverages.
We look forward to bringing your dreams of magical flight
to reality.

There
are 2 levels of tickets:
The Restricted ticket allows passengers to fly Monday
through Thursday for Sunrise and Sunset, weather permitting.
The Unrestricted ticket allows passengers to fly 7 days
a week, for the Sunrise or Sunset flight, weather
permitting.

You need to call the appropriate phone number listed
below at or after 7:30 pm on the day before your
scheduled flight. There will be a pre-recorded message
informing you if your flight is canceled or not.

Sunset
Call the pre-recorded message after 2pm the day of your flight.
- Call to verify if you will be flying. You will receive
a pre-recorded message indicating the nature of the
weather and your flight status.

Please
remember, the weather may change by the time you arrive
at the balloonport.
- You must bring your flight tickets.
- Your ticket will be voided if you do not show up
for your flight.
- Wear casual clothes, as if you were going for a
hike; no open-toed shoes.
- Ballooning is an adventure! In the event your flight
is cancelled due to weather, please call our toll
free phone number, 877-933-6359, to reschedule your
flight.
- Our scheduling department appreciates your patience
as they work to make your dream of ballooning come
true.
