 Weather is our #2 consideration; your Safety is #1. In the Midwest, it is probable that your flight will need to be re-scheduled due to weather. Please be patient so that we can make your dream of ballooning come true.

Please contact the Scheduling Department at the toll free phone number, 877-933-6359, to schedule your flight. Prior to calling, please have the following information ready:

1. Your Certificate Number.
2. Departure Balloonport.
3. Several dates you (and your party) are available to fly.
4. Passenger names and weights.
5. Patience. It is sometimes necessary to reschedule several times.
